Refund and Returns Policy
At AL Ghurabah, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only provided in case of a defect.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an uninterrupted parcel opening video as proof of the defect.
- The refund will only be issued for the product price, excluding the shipping cost, as our website prices include shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 Business Days after verification of the defect.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 2 days after delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product or a different product of equal value.
- If the new product is priced higher, the difference must be paid.
- The customer must bear the shipping cost for both the return and the resending of the new product for which the exchange is made.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange.
3. Return Process
To initiate a refund or exchange:
- Contact us at support@alghurabah.com or WhatsApp at +91-9149476566 within 2 days of delivery for an exchange or immediately in case of a defect.
- Provide the uninterrupted parcel opening video (for refund cases).
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
- Upon approval, return the product to the provided address.
- Once received and verified, the exchange or refund will be processed.
4. Important Notes
- No refunds/exchanges will be provided for reasons like a change of mind or personal preference.
- Damages caused by improper handling or washing are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Intimate wear (for hygiene reasons).
