1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are only provided in case of a defect.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an uninterrupted parcel opening video as proof of the defect.
  • The refund will only be issued for the product price, excluding the shipping cost, as our website prices include shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 Business Days after verification of the defect.
2. Exchange Policy
  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days after delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product or a different product of equal value.
  • If the new product is priced higher, the difference must be paid.
  • The customer must bear the shipping cost for both the return and the resending of the new product for which the exchange is made.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange.
3. Return Process

To initiate a refund or exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@alghurabah.com or WhatsApp at +91-9149476566 within 2 days of delivery for an exchange or immediately in case of a defect.
  2. Provide the uninterrupted parcel opening video (for refund cases).
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  4. Upon approval, return the product to the provided address.
  5. Once received and verified, the exchange or refund will be processed.
4. Important Notes
  • No refunds/exchanges will be provided for reasons like a change of mind or personal preference.
  • Damages caused by improper handling or washing are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Intimate wear (for hygiene reasons).
